New Patient Visit

Service Description

New Patient visits are roughly 75 minutes in length and include an in-depth review of your medical history and health goals. The physician creates a treatment plan unique to your needs and recommends any supplements, prescriptions, and/or laboratory orders needed to offer a holistic, complete care plan. *Note: There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be used toward the cost of the visit.
