Order Processing

Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. Expect an email confirming your order when your payment has been received. Another email will be sent when your order is on the way or ready for pick up!

Orders can be picked up during normal hours of operation found at cascademedicine.com or by calling (602) 432-4055. Please bring your emailed order confirmation receipt when you come to pick up your order.

Online orders under $20 will need to be picked up In-Store. We do not ship orders under $20.

Shipping and Delivery

When viewing your cart, you have the option for In-Store Pickup or USPS Shipping. Select your preference. When checking out, enter your shipping details (e.g., email, name, shipping address). Next, you will have another opportunity to choose your Delivery Method: USPS Shipping or In-Store Pickup. Your shipping fees will be added to your total based on your delivery method. There is no fee for In-Store Pickup. You will have the opportunity to review your order before it is placed.

Shipping Rates

Orders are generally shipped within 3-7 business days using USPS. The USPS calculator provides estimated shipping rates for each order. Rates are based on package weight and dimensions, mail service and shipping addresses. There is a Backup Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $8 applied to orders that cannot be calculated by the USPS Calculated Rate. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
